Location! A short walk to the falls. Paid parking on site. The hotel is a little dated but nice. The bed was comfortable which is saying a lot because I rarely have a decent sleep when on vacation. Brewery on site which had delicious food and friendly service. My room was on the top floor and the couple across the hallway were able to see the fireworks from their room. I could see the river which was very nice. Comfortable chair and foot rest so I could sit and watch the river. Nice size room. Fridge and microwave. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.
