This is my second stay at this hotel, and certainly not the last. Everything was great, from the service to the comfort.

The hotel is well located, clean, and comfortable overall. However, my experience with the reception staff was disappointing. They seemed uninterested and not very welcoming, and basic greetings such as “hello” or “good morning” were often not acknowledged. At check-in, nothing was explained to us. We were not informed about hotel details, facilities, or any important information regarding our stay. Apparently, we received a room upgrade, but this was never mentioned during check-in. We later realized it meant a smaller room on the 9th floor. While we appreciate the gesture, it would have been better to inform us in advance or at least ask if we agreed with the change. When I arrived late one evening, I was asked to show my room key before entering. I understand the security intention, but since no ID was requested to confirm my identity, the process felt more like a formality than an actual check. With a more professional and welcoming attitude from the staff, the overall experience could have been much better.

The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, which made it very convenient to explore the city, restaurants, and shops. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked the breakfast and the overall quiet and safe atmosphere of the hotel.
