would rate this hotel 2 stars at most. Staff attitude was very poor and unprofessional. They took a €150 deposit and later accused me of smoking in the room, which is not true. I only used Arabic incense once due to a bad smell. They claimed there is a smoke detector, but there clearly isn’t. At checkout, they refused to return the deposit for the same reason. I also witnessed the same employee accusing other guests, which made the hotel feel exploitative and money-driven. The coffee machine at breakfast was broken throughout my entire stay despite reporting it daily. The weather was extremely cold; although heating was advertised, it was not sufficient. They provided a very small heater that barely covered one square meter, and the AC heating did not work properly. Bathroom amenities were poor — no conditioner, only shampoo and body lotion placed inside the shower. Housekeeping was very bad; even after cleaning, trash was left in the room. The location does NOT have an Eiffel Tower view. You can only see it briefly on the street leading to the hotel. There are no nearby shops or restaurants, everything is about a 10-minute walk. What shocked me most: the hotel advertises a mini-bar, yet there is no fridge at all, even in the larger room. I was told to store items at reception and request them whenever needed. The room layout was very poor, extremely small, with a tiny closet. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the price.
