Great location and harbour views. Nice views from the room. We were upgraded for free to a suite - quiet, well equipped and spacious. 2 nice restaurants near the hotel (Thai and Italian) plus the hotel’s own restaurant. Helpful and polite staff - from the reception to the concierge and cafe+restaurant staff. They were also so kind as to offer complimentary baggage storage for 24h, while we checked-out a bit and stayed in Macao (since it was a brief hiatus from our 2-nights stay in the hotel).

they cancelled my online booking & claimed that the card is rejected & when i reached there to the front desk, they surprised me that online booking was cancelled, i had to book again from the front desk & certainly double the price & i paid with the same card which they claimed it was not working, soooo bad hotel.
