The shower was clogged and the water was backing up, with hair coming out of the drain. They didn’t move us to another room, and we had to wait until the next day for it to be fixed. There was no parking available, and it wasn’t included anyway, so I had to pay for parking elsewhere and walk about 5 minutes every time.
